Robert represents clients locally, nationally and globally using his experience and network to best advise them in a wide variety of commercial real estate initiatives.
He has guided clients through hundreds of transactions including leasing, acquisition/disposition, as well as development and redevelopment. Robert is known for finding creative solutions to difficult problems and is well regarded in the industry.
Robert is the President of SIOR for eastern Canada; he is often called upon to speak at industry events and is a recognized expert in commercial real estate.

Jacob Cowles is the Managing Partner at Landmark with 19 years of commercial real estate experience.
He started his career in property management and industrial leasing, and now specializes in delivering corporate real estate solutions to multinational organizations. Although entrenched in the Canadian and USA markets, Jacob has been involved in projects throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Jacob's primary function is client relationship management, contract negotiations, portfolio optimization, and the design and implementation of lease management processes.
