RELOCATION ISSUES RESOLVED
Our client was pursuing a relocation in the Winnipeg market. An ideal location was found which matched the client’s need for location, size, visibility, yard storage and more. However, the zoning did not permit the client’s use.
Landmark assessed the risk with the client and guided the process to show that accommodations could be pursued in order for the client to secure the location.
The client is now up and operating in the new facility with a three-year zoning variance.
A complete rezoning is currently being completed to protect our client’s tenancy on a longer-term basis.
