Landmark and UAP Expand Partnership

By Landmark Advisory Services

Landmark Advisory Services Inc., a Canadian commercial real estate advisory firm, and UAP Inc., a leader in the distribution and sale of parts and accessories for cars, trucks and heavy vehicles, announced today that they have expanded their partnership.

Landmark and UAP Expand Partnership

Landmark will now be responsible for the management and execution of all facility and construction related activities across UAP’s distribution network of over 250 locations nation-wide. Under this expanded role, Landmark will coordinate and oversee all matters relating to site maintenance, renovation, improvement, and repair projects, property development, building condition inspections, and ongoing support for budgeting, financial analysis, and due diligence.

Landmark President, Robert Cressaty, said: “We are very excited to reach this important milestone with a long-time client. Since 2004, Landmark has had the privilege of being UAP’s exclusive real estate partner in Canada, essentially acting as its real estate department. This expanded role strengthens our long-term relationship and allows Landmark an opportunity to grow its service platform, both for current and new clients. Leveraging a national network of facilities to generate preferential pricing is something Landmark will prioritize to generate economic benefit to our clients. This applies to all aspects of physical maintenance and management of properties.”
