NEGOTIATING SUBSTANTIAL LOCATION IMPROVEMENTS
The Challenge
Our client’s lease was approaching expiry for a high-traffic and high-visibility location in an area experiencing escalating rental values. The building was outdated, requiring investment into the exterior envelope and site.
The Result
Despite current lease rates already falling below market, Landmark was able to negotiate a 5-year renewal with no rental increase, and completion of substantial improvements by the landlord towards the site and building exterior.
