For this 100,000-square-feet-location, Landmark negotiated a number of highly favourable terms:

  • A 4.53% rental reduction, resulting in annual savings of $40,000,

  • Four months of Free Base Rent, resulting in a Net savings of $266,000,

  • Retention of the First Right of Refusal on contiguous vacant lands which may be considered for potential expansion in the future.

 

In addition, Landmark secured a 25,000-square-feet-storage solution to accommodate our client’s peak product volume.
