Our client experienced growth in their real estate portfolio due to acquisitions. This, combined with high turnover in their real estate department over a 12-month period, left them exposed to many vulnerable situations that required immediate action.
We assumed control of the client’s lease administration software, operating it on their behalf including all day to day tasks. We assigned a team of experienced real estate professionals to assume real estate roles for this client.
All urgent matters are being handled and new real estate processes are being put into place in order to effectively manage the portfolio moving forward. Reporting has been enhanced and we are in the process of preparing a migration of real estate data into a modern and superior lease management system.
